This quote means a lot. you need to be dedicated to do something and it will pay off. For example if you work super hard to get and A in one of your classes  it will pay off later in time. It could pay off by getting accepted into a prestigious college  or university.you will have to work super hard for you to get good grades and enter a good college. Without the hard work and dedication  you won't achieve some of your goals because you will be lazy . you don't need to be lazy to get something that is great i life. You need to pursue whatever you want and you have to get. If you want a nice car you need to work hard to get it but the reward will be great.
