The quote by victor hugo is really powerful. If you tell someone the truth but not the whole truth. That is CTW. you can only do something that is right but half wrong that is not right when entire. If you are in a situation that you need to tell the truth you have to tell the complete truth not just the partial truth because if you don't tell the whole truth that is a no bueno. Most people will tell half of the truth to cover their skin and not get in trouble. In reality they will still be lying    

An example for this is when you go out with friends and you do things you are not supposed  to. You could tell your parents that you are going to the movies with your friends and then are coming back home. Then you come home late and tell your parents that you guys stayed to watch another movie when really you only went to see one movie and then went to a friends house without permission. Eventhough you did go to the movies you are still lying because you didn’t watch another movie.
